The coding map of Europe now features over a thousand events and counting! Thanks everyone for listing your events and showing that there is indeed a huge demand for coding skills across the continent.

To put this number into perspective: last year’s featured 300 events, so with one week to go, we’ve already tripled the number of coding opportunities you can explore in your city or country.

There’s of course still time to join the movement and add your own event(s). While we love seeing big events that involve big communities, we also very much appreciate smaller events, even if they’re hosted in your living room for a group of friends or your classroom for your students. The size and even the exact date of the events isn’t really important, the important thing is to provide new opportunities for beginners to explore the magic world of coding.
